ArkFlow, Inc. Refund Policy
Overview
ArkFlow, Inc., provider of emailcampaigns.ai, offers refunds for our subscription software service under the following terms and conditions.
Refund Eligibility
- Customers may request a refund for any unused credits within the current operating month.
- Refunds are calculated on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the current month.
- Refunds are not permitted for past months of service that have been fully utilized.
- Cancellation of service does not automatically constitute a refund request.
How to Request a Refund
Customers may request a refund through one of the following methods:

Required Information
When requesting a refund, customers must provide their registered email address to allow our team to research and process the refund.
Refund Processing
Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Privacy Statement
All customer data will be permanently deleted from our servers once the cancellation process is completed or once a cancellation/refund request has been processed. ArkFlow, Inc. will not retain any customer data after account termination.
Policy Updates
ArkFlow, Inc. reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time without prior notification to customers. The current version of the policy will always be available on our website.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where ArkFlow, Inc. is incorporated.
Acknowledgment
By subscribing to emailcampaigns.ai or utilizing any services provided by ArkFlow, Inc., customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this refund policy. This acknowledgment constitutes a legal agreement between the customer and ArkFlow, Inc.
